When you pray using the Uplift Prayer App, it is important to let the authors of the prayer posts know you prayed.

When you finish praying, simply tap the triangle icon on the prayer card or on the prayer details page. You will notice that the icon changes color—this indicates that your prayer has been registered. The prayer count will increase by one for this card. Your handle name is also registered in the list of everyone who offered up prayers for that request.

By taking this extra step as you pray, it becomes a great source of encouragement. Where traditional static prayer lists fall short is that once you put a prayer out there, you really have no idea if anyone is actually praying. With Uplift, you see firsthand who and how many people have stopped and prayed on your behalf.
