The icon at the top right of the screen is the chat icon. If there is a red dot on this screen, it means that you have an unread chat waiting for your review. Tap on the icon and you will see all new and previous chats here.

To start a new chat, tap on the plus icon at the top right and search for the user you want to chat with. Chats are realtime. If the user has their chat window open when you send the chat, they will see it come into the app immediately.

To delete a chat thread, slide left on the chat and it will be removed from the history.
