When the World Feels Heavy

Dear God,
When the news overwhelms and pain surrounds, help me not to shut down or give up. Instead, anchor me in Your peace. Let compassion move me to prayer, not despair. Give me strength to trust You even in the darkest moments and to carry hope wherever I go.
