Letting Go Through Forgiveness

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Ephesians 4:32 (NIV)
Gracious Father, Forgiveness isn’t easy—especially when wounds are deep.
But You didn’t wait for us to deserve grace.
You gave it freely.
Help me release the pain I’m holding and offer forgiveness, not because they’ve earned it, but because You ask me to.
I don’t want bitterness to grow in me.
Set me free as I walk in mercy.
