Dear God,

In the middle of busy schedules and constant demands, I long for rest—not just for my body, but for my soul. Help me to pause in Your presence and find refreshment. Quiet my racing thoughts. Teach me to be still and know that You are God. Remind me that rest isn't laziness but obedience to Your invitation. May I lean into Your peace today and make space to breathe, trust, and be renewed.
