Dear Heavenly Father,
Joy feels far away some days. The weight of circumstances presses down, and it’s tempting to give in to despair. But You offer a joy that runs deeper than emotion—a joy rooted in Your presence, Your promises, and Your love. Help me to choose that joy today, even if nothing around me changes. Remind me that joy is not pretending everything is fine, but trusting that You are still good. Let joy rise in me as I remember who You are. Help me reflect that joy to others, even when I feel weak. Your joy is my strength.
