Dear God,
It’s not easy to give thanks when life is hard. But You tell me to be thankful in all circumstances—not because every moment feels good, but because You are still good. So today, even in the middle of difficulty, I choose to thank You. Thank You for being near to the brokenhearted. Thank You for the lessons hidden in the struggle, for the growth that pain can bring, and for the ways You’re shaping me through it all. Open my eyes to the quiet blessings I often overlook. Help me find joy in Your presence, even when joy feels far away. May my gratitude become an act of faith—a testimony that You are still working. Teach me to trust that even this season will not be wasted in Your hands.
