Raising Up Prayer Leaders
Jan 13, 2026
Prayer leadership shouldn’t rest on one person. A healthy ministry multiplies leaders — and prayer is no exception. Start by identifying those who naturally carry a burden for prayer. Invite them into deeper involvement. Offer mentoring, model leadership, and provide low-pressure opportunities for them to grow. Give feedback gently, and celebrate progress. Create a clear path for involvement. From praying aloud in groups to leading a prayer night — every step matters. Equipping others to lead doesn’t dilute your impact — it expands it. And when many lead, the prayer culture strengthens and grows.
