Hearing the Spirit in Prayer
Nov 20, 2025
Spirit-led prayer isn’t reserved for the spiritually elite. It’s available to every believer — including leaders.
Begin with humility. Ask God to quiet your own agenda and speak what He wants to say.
As you pray, pay attention. Is a particular Scripture, phrase, or person coming to mind? Does it align with God’s Word and His heart? The Spirit often speaks gently, not dramatically.
Share impressions with care. Use phrases like, “I sense the Lord might be saying…” and invite others to weigh what’s shared.
Learning to hear the Spirit takes time, but it deepens both personal and corporate prayer. And it keeps your leadership grounded in God’s voice, not just your own ideas.
